Water
The beach
Wooden jetties, crystal-clear water, sandy beaches. For a morning swim or a midday break — just a few steps from the campsite gate.
The Island of San Giulio · just a few strokes from the campsite
Slow living
Step out of the Camping BellaVista gate and within a few steps your feet are already in the water, along a promenade that looks out onto the Island.
Nothing to organise: the beach is right at hand, the village of Orta and the Island just minutes away. The privilege of being right on the lakeshore is all here.
Three moments
Three ways to experience the lake, all within reach of the campsite.
Water
Wooden jetties, crystal-clear water, sandy beaches. For a morning swim or a midday break — just a few steps from the campsite gate.
Village
Stone squares, flower-filled balconies, bars with a lake view. Minutes from the campsite, in the heart of one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy.
Island
An island of stone and silence in the middle of the lake. Reached in minutes with the Orta boatmen — a Benedictine monastery, narrow lanes, a view that stays with you.
A day
A swim at the jetty, 5 minutes from the campsite. The water is still calm, the light cuts across the lake.
A table on the Orta San Giulio lakefront: lunch with a view of the Island, the boatman passing by.
Ferry to the Island. Lanes, cloister, and that silence you won't find anywhere else.
An aperitif in the square, as the sun fades over the mountains mirrored on the lake.
In practice
Right at Camping BellaVista, on the shore of Lake Orta.
