2. Data we process

This website is an informational showcase: it has no sign-up forms, member area or newsletter, and it does not collect data through forms. In practice we process:

  • Browsing data — technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) collected automatically by the hosting infrastructure to operate and secure the site;
  • Voluntary contact data — if you email or call us, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) solely to reply to you;
  • Booking data — bookings are handled on the external WuBook platform: data entered there is processed by WuBook as an independent controller, under its own policy;
  • Cookies — see the Cookie Policy.

We do not collect special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) and we do not carry out profiling.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Replying to your contact requests — legal basis: legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR);
  • Ensuring the operation, security and maintenance of the site (technical logs) — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f);
  • Managing bookings — performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b), through WuBook;
  • Installation of non-technical cookies — the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a), where applicable.

4. How and where data is processed

Data is processed with electronic tools and security measures suitable to prevent unauthorised access. The site is hosted on Vercel; the location map is provided by Google Maps. Any transfer of data outside the European Economic Area takes place in compliance with the safeguards required by the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

5. Data retention

Data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, within the limits set by law. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any related obligations.

6. Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data and obtain a copy;
  • request its rectification or erasure;
  • restrict or object to its processing;
  • obtain data portability;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

To exercise your rights, write to the email address indicated in point 1.

7. Recipients and third parties

To operate the site and related services, some data may be processed by third parties, each with its own policy:

  • WuBook — external booking system;
  • Google — embedded Google Maps;
  • Vercel — hosting provider;
  • Instagram / Facebook — linked only via external links to our profiles.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated over time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
